（一）项目内容
(I) Project content
长临高速安泽连接线景观道路全长2400米，按照城市主干道建设，分两板块建设，第一板块泽民路神南桥南端（K0+000）至西北环隧道（K0+750），道路长度750m，路基宽度31m；第二板块西北环隧道（K0+750）至李垣河桥南端（K2+440），道路长度1640m，路基宽度52m。建设内容为道路工程、排水工程、综合管线、照明工程、景观绿化工程、交通设施、挡土墙工程及拆除工程。
Landscape road of Anze Connection Line, Chang-Lin Expresway is 2,400m in length. The project is constructed in two panels according to the city’s main road. First panel is South Shennan Bridge, Zemin Road (K0+000) to Northwestern Ring Tunnel (K0+750). The road is 750m in length. Road base is 31m in width. Second panel is Northwestern Ring Channel (K0+750) to South end of Lihuanhe Bridge (K2+440). The road is 1,640m in length. Road base is 52m in width. Construction includes road engineering, water emission engineering, comprehensive pipeline, illumination engineering, landscape greening engineering, transport facilities, retaining wall engineering and dismantling engineering.
（二）项目投资估算（万元）：总投资21155.9万元，拟引资21155.9万元。
(II) Project investment Budget (ten thousand Yuan): Total investment is 211.559 million Yuan. All investment is planned to be attracted from the outside.
