Shanxi Ruijing Elderly Nursing Industry Co., Ltd., founded in March 2016, with registration capital 50 million Yuan, engages in elderly health care and nursing services, health & nutrition consulting services, elderly item R&D, medical treatment & rehabilitation services, health consulting management services, corporate employee training.

（一）项目内容
(I) Project content
项目建设内容及规模：项目占地150亩，总建筑面积27万平方米，总投资16.58亿元。项目共分养老、医疗两大板块，养护区有自理区、介助区、介护区；医疗区有住院楼、门（急）诊楼、医技楼、体检中心、行政中心和7万平米的地下停车场，共配置养老及医疗床位3000张，其中养老床位2600张、医疗床位400张。
Project content and scale: The project covers 150mu. Total construction area is 270,000m2. Total investment is 1.658 billion Yuan. The project is divided into two panels, elderly care, medical treatment. Care zone includes self-care zone, tool-aided zone, nursing-aided zone. Medical treatment zone includes hospitalization building, inpatient (emergency) building, medical technology building, physical examination center, administrative center and 70,000m2 underground parking lot. There are 3,000 elderly care and medical treatment beds in total, including 2,600 beds for elderly nursing and 400 beds for medical treatment.
（二）项目投资估算：总投资166000万元，拟引资50000万元。
(II) Project investment Budget: total investment is 1.66 billion Yuan. 500 million Yuan is planned to be attracted from the outside.
（三）项目配套条件：项目所在场地、水、电及其他配套设施完善。

项目建成后，将以医疗和康复保障为基础，为老年人提供居家上门服务、社区日间照料、机构供养、护理等全方位医疗养老服务，同时还可为社会开辟新的就业渠道，满足老年护理人员的职业培训、职业教育等需求，成为推进社会化、标准化、品牌化养老服务和经济可持续发展的重要平台。
After the completion of the project, based on medical treatment and rehabilitation, it will provide households door-to-door services, community daily care, institutional nursing, care and other overall medical treatment & nursing services for the elderly. Besides, new employment chances will be provided and elderly nursing staff’s vocational training and vocational education needs are met. Thus, the project will become an important platform that facilitates social, standard and brand elderly nursing services and economic sustainability.

V. Project Process
（一）政策：符合国家、产业政策及山西省产业规划；
(I) Policy: The project conforms to national industrial policy and Shanxi Province’s industrial planning;
（二）立项、土地等相关手续已办理；
(II)Project initiation, land and other relevant procedures have been completed.
（三）目前，累计投资5.8亿元，住院楼完成主体结构封顶，综合楼完成主体结构封顶，半自理楼完成主体结构封顶，行政楼完成主体结构封顶，门（急）诊楼完成主体结构三层。
(III) At present, investment totals up to 580 million Yuan. The roof of main structures of Hospitalization Building, Comprehenisve Building, Semi-self-care Building and Administration Building has been cast with concrete. Three floors of the main structure of Inpatient (Emergency) Building have been completed.
