Haotian Poultry Industry Company of Kelan County is established on 23rd November 2016, the company is a private enterprise, the registered capital is 6 million Yuan, it mainly engages in poultry breeding and marketing which can provide 4320 tons commercial eggs and 200 thousand spent chicken to society every year, it also can produce 8500 tons organic fertilizer every year.

（一）项目内容
Project content 1.本项目选址在岢岚县大涧乡孟家讫台村原鸿源养殖合作社基础上扩建，项目符合国家产业政策，适宜当地环境条件，可实现养殖和有机农业循环利用，对扩大企业发展带动当地农民增收具有引领示范作用。
This project locates and expands on the basis of the former Hongyuan Breeding Cooperative of Mengjia Qitai Villiage of Dajian Town of Kelan County, this project complies with the national industrial policies and it is suitable to local environmental conditions, it can realize the cyclic utilization of aquaculture and organic agriculture, it plays a leading and exemplary role in expanding enterprise development and driving local farmer to increase income.
2.项目建设内容及规模：该项目占地120亩，建设蛋鸡养殖车间20500平米，饲料加工及库房2100平米，蛋库3000平米，相关消毒防疫及加工、宿舍、室外基础设施工程等520平米，购置单鸡舍、笼养设备8套；育雏区建筑面积4200平米，设施设备2套；有机肥建筑面积3400平米。
Project Construction Content and Scale: The project area is 120 mu, build the layer breeding workshop of 20500 square meter, feed processing and warehouse of 2100 square meter, egg warehouse of 3000 square meter, relevant disinfection epidemic prevention and process, dormitory, outdoor infrastructure engineering of 520 square meter, purchases 8 sets of single henhouse and cage breeding equipment; the construction area of breeding zone is 4200 square meter, 2 sets of facilities and equipments; the construction area of organic fertilizer zone is 3400 square meter.

（四）项目市场预测及效益分析：
Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis
该项目全部投产后，可为我县周边县市及“京津冀”提供“无公害”的优质富硒鸡10000吨，为周边县提供10000吨高效有机肥，为周边群众可提供50个就业岗位，间接提供150个岗。可以解决农民卖粮难的问题，全年饲养共需玉米约9000吨。
After the project is put into operation, it can provide the 10000 tons pollution-free high quality selenium-rich chicken to surrounding counties and cities and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, provide the 10000 tons high efficient organic fertilizer to surrounding counties, provide 50 employment positions for the surrounding people and indirectly provide 150 employment positions. The problem that farmers are very difficult to sell grain can be solved, the breeding corn need for whole year is about 9000 tons.
