二、项目概况：东岳庙景区位于县城东五华里的柏山之巅，为全国重点文物保护单位，国家AAAA级旅游景区。环山十余里皆为松柏丛林，景色十分优美。全庙占地面积近万平方米，共有各类建筑二百八十余间。尤其明代所建十八层地狱，内塑五岳大帝、十殿阎君、六曹判官及地狱刑罚等塑像，大小与真人相仿，为我国明代泥塑佳作。该景区距临汾市70公里，距京昆高速（G5）60公里，距乔李机场60公里。
II. Project profile: Temple of God of Mount Tai Scenic Area is located at the top of Bai Mountain in the east of the county for five Chinese miles. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit and national AAAA-level tourist attraction. Around the mountain for more than ten miles are pine and cypress jungle, the scenery is very beautiful. The temple covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters and has more than 280 buildings of various types. Especially in the Ming Dynasty, it built 18 layers of hell, including the statues of the Five Mountains Emperor, the Ten Halls of Yama, the Six Hades Judges and the Penalty of Hell, which are similar in size to the real people and are excellent clay sculptures of the Ming Dynasty in China. The scenic spot is 70 kilometers away from Linfen City, 60 kilometers away from Beijing-Kunming Expressway (G5) and 60 kilometers away from Qiaoli Airport.
三、建设内容及规模：

一期为基础建设期（2018-2020年）：优先基础服务设施配套和民俗庙市商业街区快及文化登山步道的建设。具体包括：入口门楼、综合游客服务中心，生态停车场和庙市商街、民俗广场、朝山广场。二期为系统完善期（2021-2025年）：对高台天都区域的旅游项目进行集中化建设，包括尘虚天街、占星台、揽月台、福寿奇石庄园、道养天宫等。
The first phase is the infrastructure construction period (2018-2020): priority is given to the construction of infrastructure supporting facilities, the commercial street block of folk temple city and the cultural hiking trail. Specifically, it includes the entrance gate building, comprehensive tourist service center, ecological parking lot, commercial street of temple mall, folk square and Chaoshan square. The second phase is system improvement period (2021-2025) : the tourism projects in the Tiandu area of Gaotai will be centralized, including Dust empty sky street, Astrology platform, Lunar getting platform, Longevity stone manor and Heavenly palace of nurturing health.

五、建设范围：蒲县城东柏山地带，东以省道S329为界，西至嘉运路，包括东岳庙、太尉庙在内的道路围合山体区域，向南至木窊村所辖的大面积山顶平地区块。

六、效益分析：根据市场调查，项目建成运行后，2020年接待游客30万人次，年旅游收入可达3000余万元，2025年年游客可达35万人次，年旅游收入可达7000余万元。
VI. Benefit analysis: According to the market survey, after the project is completed and put into operation, it will receive 300,000 tourists in 2020 with an annual tourism income of more than 30 million yuan, 350,000 tourists in 2025 with an annual tourism income of more than 70 million yuan.
