(One) Project content
黄土农言文化旅游试验示范园山西省晋中市榆次区锦东大道路东大学街口与文华街口之间，地跨什贴、乌金山、郭家堡等三个乡镇的九个村庄，规划面积近万亩（其中耕地约700亩，荒沟荒地约7500亩，林地近600亩，规划建设用地620亩）。
The model park is located between College Street Corner and Wenhua Corner to the east of Jindong Thoroughfare, Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. It spans nine villages in three towns namely Shentie, Wujinshan and Guojiabao. It plans to cover around 10,000 mu of land (700 mu for tillage, barren land: 7500 mu, forest: 600 mu; building land 620 mu).
项目近期以现黄土农言文旅示范区的一万余亩土地为基础，按照“一体双核”的发展模式进行打造，其中，一体为一个项目载体，两核分别为田园综合体和康养小镇。主要建设内容有丰润泽休闲聚集区、白龙河黄土大峡谷休闲聚集区、古官道景观吸引核、十里花径景观吸引核、育苗及果蔬农业区、院士工作站试验基地、新农村居住带（葛家庄、北要店、小寨）、康养居住带等。项目通过深度挖掘乡村特色资源，以乡村旅游资源与土地为基础，以乡村旅游休闲为脉络，以休闲商业为配套，以乡村休闲地产为核心，以高品质服务为保障，对项目地进行综合开发，最终实现产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕。
In recent terms, the project shall put 10000-mu land in Huangtu Nongyan Cultural Tourism Model Zone as the groundwork and align with the development model featuring ‘one body and two cores’. One body is its carrier. Two cores are rustic synthesis and health preservation township. Its main building content covers Fengruize leisure clustering area, Bailong River Huangtu grand gorge leisure clustering area, ancient official road core, ten-li flower track landscape, agricultural zone for seeding, fruits and vegetable test base for workstation of academician, new rural aboding belt (Gejia village, Beiyaodian, Xiaozhai), living belt for health preservation and so forth. By profoundly digging into rural features and with rural travel resources and land as the groundwork, rural travel and leisure as the pulse, leisure business as supporting utilities, rural and leisure real estate as the core and high-quality service as the guarantee, it would conduct comprehensive development on project land before realizing booming industry, hospitable ecology, rural civilization, effective governance and wealthy livelihood.
中期以联动乌金山、田家湾水库、百草坡、后沟古村、寿阳五峰山形成晋中市田园综合体，地跨7个乡镇的29村庄，区内涵盖万亩高标准农田、森林公园、水库、古村落、文保单位等优质资源，且以区内凤凰寨古村落为中心形成五条十公里的旅游主题线路，主要版块发展有现代农业、休闲农业和文旅产业。其中，现代农业：已成规模的现代农业园为周边地区的农民就业和农业技术改良提供支持；院士工作站为寿阳地区的茴子白产业提供一定的技术支撑；为小寨村引进订单农业模式，提高经济效益；休闲农业：庄园经济概念的引入拓展了周边地区休闲农业产业链；文旅产业：全域旅游的构建带动区域内村庄村域经济的发展，通过合理的规划布局，发展一村一业、一村一特，双创平台的打造为大学城及周边农民的创业提供了机会。
By linking Mountain Wujin, Tianjia Bay reservoir, Bai Cao Slope, Hou Gou ancient village and Shouyang Five-peak Mountain in the middle term, Jinzhong rustic synthesis takes form that spans 29 villages in 7 towns. The area covers such qualified resources as 10000-mu high-standard farmland, forest park, reservoir, ancient hamlet and cultural protection units. With Phoenix stockade ancient village as the center, five ten-li tourism theme lines take form. Its main bodies cover modern agriculture, leisure agriculture and cultural travel industry. Modern agriculture: modern agriculture park with scale would offer support to employment of peasants and upgrades of agricultural technologies; workstation for academicians would offer some technological backup to cabbage industry in Shouyang district; it has introduced order-form agricultural model for Xiaozhai village to boost economic profit; leisure agriculture: introduction of manor economy helps extend leisure agricultural industrial chain in the surrounding place; leisure travel industry: building of whole-region travel would spur development of rural economy in the region. It is to boost one industry for one village and one special industry for one village through reasonable planning and layout. Building of the entrepreneurial and innovative platform would offer job vacancies to business start-up by college students and surrounding peasants.
远期以太原二环、龙湖大街东延、龙城大街东延、太榆轻轨等交通建设为契机，形成太—榆田园综合体，与太原东山进一步联动，引领太原和榆次近郊新型田园生活方式。
In the future, it would take advantage of traffic building of second ring of Taiyuan, eastern extension of Dragon Lake thoroughfare, eastern extension of Longcheng revenue and Taiyu light track to form Tai Yi Yu Rustic Synthesis to be further linked with eastern mountain of Taiyuan and lead new rustic living style in Taiyuan and outskirt of Yuci.
（二）项目投资估算：计划总投资300000万元，现企业已投入资金200000万元。
(Two) Budget: total investment 3 billion Yuan; 2 billion Yuan has been input.
（三）项目配套条件：项目区道路、水、电、气、通讯等设施均配套完善。
(Three) Supporting condition: road, water, power, gas and communications have been completed.
（四）项目市场预测及效益分析：
该项目建成后直接辐射逾500万城镇人口、近2000万旅游出行人次，经济效益良好。
(Four) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis:
Upon completion, it would radiate over 5 million city residents and around 20 million Yuan would travel in here. it shows good economic benefits.

该项目符合国家、产业政策及山西省产业规划，正在办理项目备案、土地、环评等相关手续。
目前，项目基础设施部分已全部完成，一期龙门官驿小镇门户区现已完成建设，具备运营条件，
V. Project process
It aligns with national and industrial policies and industrial planning in Shanxi. Project record, land, environmental appraisal and related procedures are underway.
For the moment, some infrastructures have been completed. Official Township Port for Phase One has been finished. It has the operational terms.
