蟒河镇位于阳城县东南部，镇政府所在地距县城14公里，2001年初由原桑林乡和台头乡合并组建，全镇总面积246平方公里，因境内拥有蟒河猕猴国家级自然保护区而得名“蟒河镇”。
III. Profile of applicant unit
Manghe town is located in the southeastern part of Yangcheng county. The town’s government is 14 kilometers away from the downtown. In early 2001, it was integrated by the former Sanglin town and Taitou town. The town covers a total area of 246 square kilometers. It gets its name with Manghe River macaque state-level natural protection region.
四、项目概况
（一）项目内容：项目拟依托蟒河镇农村丰富的历史文化、农耕文化、自然风光、民俗民艺等资源优势，全面强化和拓展农业加工增值、休闲服务、生态保护、观光体验、文化传承、科普教育、养生养心等功能，发展一批新产业新业态新模式。具体建设内容有：发展多种形式的农家乐，提升管理水平和服务质量；建设一批具有历史、地域特点的特色旅游景观；发展一批以山茱萸为主打的中医保健、旅游产品、康复疗养、避暑养生、森林康养等休闲旅游、康体健身产业示范基地；打造一批田园观光、采摘、垂钓等休闲农庄，引导公众特别是中小学生参与农业科普和农事体验；加强农村传统文化保护，合力开发农业文化遗产；引进现代信息网络技术，推动科技元素融入农林文旅康融合发展项目，加快打造蟒河乡村旅游新高地，全力构建文旅融合大格局。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资8亿元。
（三）项目配套条件情况：场地、道路、水、电、气通讯及其他配套设施齐全。
（四）项目市场预测及效益简析：
该项目建成后，可有效增强乡镇综合竞争力并辐射至全县，促进乡村振兴，提供就业机会；提升生态宜居度，实现绿色共享。
IV. Project profile
(One) Content: the project plans to rely on rich historic culture, agricultural tillage culture, natural landscape, folklore art and other advantages in Manghe town, roundly enhances and extends incremental values of agricultural processing, leisure services, ecological protection, tour-seeing experience, cultural heritage, scientific popularization and education and health preservation, and develops a batch of new business forms and new models. Its concrete building contents: to develop a diversified forms of agriainment, boost management level and service quality, build a batch of featured tourism landscape carrying historic and regional characteristics, develop a batch of TCM health-care, tourism products with dogwood as the theme, health preservation, sunstroke prevention, health-building in forest and other model base on leisure travel and body-building; build a batch of leisure farmlands covering sightseeing, picking, fishing and so forth, guide the public, notably primary and middle school students, to participate in agricultural scientific popularization and experience on agricultural affairs, enhance protection of rural traditional culture, work in concerted efforts to develop agricultural cultural heritage, introduce modern information network technologies, spur scientific and technological elements to be mixed with the project, quicken new highland for rural travel in Manghe river and roundly build the macro pattern mixing culture with tourism.

(Four) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis:
Upon completion, the project can validly enhance comprehensive competitiveness in rural areas before radiating to the whole county, propel rural revival, offer employment opportunity, boost ecological hospitability and realize green sharing.
