III. Project profile
（一）开发范围：里册峪水库、前峪村（包括东桑坪）、后峪村（包括东桑池、西桑池）、斜曲村，总面积约138000亩（具体面积以项目规划坐标为准）。
(I) Development Scope: Liceyu reservoir, Qianyu village (including Dongsangping), Houyu village (including Dongsang pool, Xisang pool) and Xiequ village, with a total area of about 138,000 mu (the specific area is based on the coordinates of the project planning).
（二）开发项目投资规模和建设期：本项目估算投资为20亿元，其中基础建设投资费用3000万元，风情特色小镇、酒店、餐饮、康养小镇、木屋别墅群建设费用18亿元，其他费用3.7亿元。项目资金来源为：企业自筹，银行融资，招商引资。
(II) The investment scale and construction period of the development project: The estimated investment of this project is 2 billion yuan, of which 30 million yuan is spent on infrastructure, 1.8 billion yuan is spent on the construction of small towns with special features, hotels, restaurants, well-being towns, wooden houses and villas, and 370 million yuan is spent on other costs. Project funding sources are: self-financing, bank financing, and investment attraction.
项目建设分三期完成：
一期建设期为3年，即2019年5月至2022年5月。项目建设内容：

The first phase of construction lasts for three years, from May 2019 to May 2022. Project construction content:
a、基础设施建设：完成景区供水、排污环保建设，新建及改造景区公路、停车场、景区步行游路、河道治理、沿河岸滩整治、景区码头及桥涵、观赏广场及平台、亭廊、公厕和垃圾点等。
