1、简述项目背景概况：利用平陆东部独特的自然资源，每年秋季满山红叶，原始生态保护良好，自然景观红叶万余亩、天然原生态森林锥子山、马泉沟峡谷，水化柿也产于这一带，种植历史约有1350多年，该柿种无核，所加工成的柿饼能速溶于水，人们称其为“水化柿”，为平陆独有的世界柿种珍品。利用马泉沟水化柿的独特优势，对柿果进行深加工，形成柿饼、柿醋、柿酒、柿蜜、柿饮料及柿叶茶等的产供销一条龙服务。

2、项目建设内容及规模：新建观赏红叶基地及水化柿深加工配套设施。
