1.项目背景概况
1. Project background
该项目将引入高端电子商务企业及食品、快消品等行业,定制开发高标准大型冷链物流仓储设施。着力打造集商品仓储、分拨、配送和结算为一体,高端、智慧、环保的现代物流服务产业园。
The project will introduce high-end E-business enterprises, food and quick consumables industry, customize and develop high-standard large-scale cooling chain logistics & inventory facilities, focus on forming a high-end, intelligent and environmentally friendly modern logistics service industrial park that integrate commodity inventory, allocation, transport and settlement.
2.项目建设内容及规模:项目占地面积176亩,总建筑面积6万㎡,建设仓储库房(内设企业办公用房)、物业及综合办公中心、宿舍、水泵房、变配电室及警卫室。
2. Project content and scale: The project covers 176mu. Total construction area is 60,000m2. Inventory warehouse (corporate office), property and comprehensive office center, dormitory, water pump room, transformation & distribution room, safeguarding room are established.
(二)项目投资估算:总投资约3.52亿元
(II) Project investment Budget: about 352 million Yuan.
(三)项目配套条件:场地、道路、水、电、气、通讯及其它配套设施全部到位。
(III) Supporting terms: site, road, water, electricity, gas, communications and other matching facilities are all available.
(四)项目市场预测及效益分析:项目全部建成后,预计年营业收入10亿元,年上缴税金总额3520万元。
(IV) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: After the completion of the project, it is estimated that annual business income will reach 1 billion Yuan. Annual tax payment will reach 35.2 million Yuan.
