三、项目概况：项目位于河津市分河段，东起汾河209国道新大桥以东2公里，西至旧汾河桥以西2公里，东西总长度5.8公里。工程包括水利工程治理河段、景观补水湿地工程和景观工程三大部分。该工程在满足河道防洪的前提下，通过河道蓄水，使周边环境具有生态、景观、休闲等多功能目标，营造城市景观水系，改善城市环境，将打造成位于河津城市中轴线南端集文化、商娱、生态、科普为一体的现代滨水公园。
III. Project profile: The project, located in Fenhe Segement, Hejin City, starts at 2km from the east of Xinda Bridge, National Road 209, Fenhe in east, and reaches 2km from Old Fenhe Bridge in west. The east-to-west length is 5.8km. The project includes water conservancy engineering & river segment processing, landscape wetting, wetland project and landscape engineering. The project realizes surrounding environment’s multiple functions of ecology, landscape and relaxation by water stock in rivers under the prerequisite of meting flood prevention, creates urban landscape water system, improves urban environment, and will forge a modern coastal park that integrates culture, business, entertainment, ecology and science at the southern end of middle axis of Hejin City.
