1、项目背景：该项目位于山西省运城市盐湖区解州镇北侧，东邻蒙华铁路，西接硝池滩，距天下武庙之冠解州关帝庙仅200米，规划面积约6平方公里，其中水域面积2平方公里，属于盐湖区关公文化产业园的“西翼”组成部分。

It is adjacent to the Menghua Railway in the East and the Xianchi Beach in the west, and only 200 meters away from Guandi Temple, the top of the world's Wumiao Temple.
