四、主要建设内容：该项目规划面积为2469.6亩，共分四期进行建设。项目一期工程规划占地558亩，主要建设内容为景区大门、景区山门、游客服务中心、商务酒店、汉唐商业街、生态停车场、广场等，总投资5.03亿元；项目二期工程规划占地755亩，主要建设内容为佛学院、滴水观音、水文化博物馆、赵城金藏、元代壁画博物馆、174亩湿地公园等，预计投资6.52亿元；项目三期工程规划占地1156.6亩，主要建设内容为商业街、会议酒店、购物中心、休闲、医养结合疗养中心、低密度住宅区、158亩湿地公园等，预计投资13.69亿元。
IV. Main construction contents: The planned area of the project is 2,469.6 mu, which is divided into four stages. The first phase of the project covers an area of 558 mu, with a total investment of 503 million yuan, including scenic gate, scenic mountain gate, tourist service center, business hotel, Commercial Street of Han and Tang Dynasties, ecological parking lot, square, etc. The second phase of the project covers an area of 755 mu. The main construction contents are Buddhist College, Dropping Guanyin, Water Culture Museum, Zhaocheng jinzang, Yuan Dynasty Mural Museum, 174 mu Wetland Park, etc. The estimated investment is 652 million yuan. The third phase of the project covers an area of 1,156.6 mu. The main construction contents include commercial street, conference hotel, shopping center, leisure, medical convalescent center and low density residential areas and 158 Mu wetland parks are expected to invest 1.369 billion yuan.
