交城县翠丰农业科技有限公司成立于2009年5月，注册资金100万元，是以种植业，农产品开发，初加工，会议接待，休闲农业乡村旅游为主营的有限公司。

Jiaocheng Cuifeng agricultural technology Co., Ltd. was founded in May, 2009 with a registered capital of 1 million Yuan. It is dominated by plantation industry, agricultural product development, initial processing, convention reception and leisure agricultural and rural travel.
四、项目概括：
翠丰庄园田园综合体项目，位于县城南2公里处城头村东北。建设规划占地1600亩，种植和绿化面积达1300亩，其它功能项目实施规划占地300亩，总投资近3亿元，分三期完成。
交城县翠丰农业科技有限公司于2009年5月份筹建，一期工程己竣工，建设投资6千万元，以农业综合开发为平台，立足于高效农业和新型旅游观光开发，以种植多种优质有机葡萄为主，兼种梨、杏、樱桃、核桃等果品及吃、住、娱、采摘功能配套，较好的完成整体项目的基础性设施建设。为下一步打造现代农业产业区、绿色康养中心、文化景观区、休闲聚集区、综合服务区五大功能的田园综合体项目打下坚实的基础。2013年被山西省评为休闲农业和乡村旅游示范点，2014年被评为山西省省级旅游度假区。
2018年至2023年将启动完成二期、三期工程总投资2亿多元。建设内容有：千年古县民俗文化园和农耕文化体验园；有机土特农产品加工基地（果酱、果醋、葡萄酒、核桃和豆制品加工）；绿色康养中心（养生、养老）；创业就业培训中心和山西面食一条街；旅游集散中心以及大型活动场所等。
项目建成以后可实现年销售收入9554.29万元，实现税后利润3410.92万元，年上交税金496.80万元，可吸收周边800农民工就业。富民效应十分明显，经济效益十分显著。
IV. Project profile
Rural synthesis of Cuifeng manor is located in the northeastern corner of the Chengtou village 2 kilometers away from the southern corner of the downtown county. It plans to cover a land area of 1600 mu. Its plantation and green area will reach 1300 mu. Projects of other functions will cover 300 mu. It will draw a total investment of 300 million Yuan. It will be finished in three phases.
Jiaocheng Cuifeng agricultural technology Co., Ltd. started its preparation in May 2009. Its Phase-one project has been completed. It drew an input of 60 million Yuan. With agricultural comprehensive development as the platform, it takes roots on effective agriculture and new tourism and sight-seeing development and is dominated by plantation of multiple outstanding organic grapes. Other fruits such as pear, apricot, cherry, walnut and so forth are also planted. Such supporting facilities as dining, accommodation, entertainment and picking would be installed. It would soundly completed infrastructure building of the project. It roots staunch groundwork for further molding of a modernized agricultural industry zone, a green health preservation center, a cultural scenic spot, a leisure clustering area and a comprehensive service area. In 2013, it was rated as model spot for leisure agriculture and rural travel by Shanxi province. In 2014, it was rated as provincial tourism resort in Shanxi.
In 2018-2023, it will launch the phase-two and phase-three project with a total investment of over 200 million Yuan. its content covers thousand-year-old ancient county folklore culture park, tillage culture experience park, processing base of featured agricultural products (jam, fruit vinegar, wine, walnut and soya bean products processing); green health preservation center (health preservation and pension), training for business start-up and Shanxi street of noodles, travelers’ distributing center and large-scaled fields for activities.
Upon completion, the project can attain an annual income of 95.5429 million Yuan, a profit after tax of 34.1092 million Yuan and an annual tax submitted tallying 4.968 million Yuan. It can offer 800 job vacancies. Its effects of bringing wealth to people are evident. It also shows distinctive economic proceedings.
五、目前进展情况：
公司已投资6000万元完成1000亩的有机水果种植，四季采摘齐备，吃、住、娱全方位配套，基本完成了整体项目的基础性设施建设，符合国家产业政策及山西省产业规划。其他手续正在完善之中。
V. Project process
The company has invested 60 million Yuan to complete plantation of organic fruits covering 1000 mu. It is installed with eating, dining and entertainment. It can basically accomplished infrastructure building. It aligns with national and industrial planning and industrial planning of Shanxi. Other procedures are underway.
