荫城古镇自明代以来一直以生产铁制品二闻名天下，曾是上党地区的铁货集散地，全国最大的铁货交易中心，有着“万里荫城、日进斗金”的美誉。
III. Profile of applicant unit
Since Ming Dynasty, ancient Mengcheng town has been famous the world over with production of iron products. It used to be distributing area of iron products in Shangdang district and the country’s largest trading center of iron goods. It enjoys the honor as ‘ten-thousand-li Mengcheng with wealth yielded every day’.

（一）项目内容
1、项目选址位于长治县荫城镇琚寨村。
2、项目建设内容及规模：主要建设内容包括玉皇观保护开发、贾府中医世家大楼修复，琚寨故居琚家大院、赵树理故居修复以及非物质文化项目干板秧歌的传承发展。项目建设规模4470平方米。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资3亿元，拟引资2亿元。
（三）项目市场预测及效益分析：项目建成后年收入可达2000万元，有效带动城镇旅游、餐饮等相关产业。

(One) Content
1. It is located in Juzhai village, Mengcheng town, Changzhi county.
2. Building content and scale: its major buildings content covers protection and development of Jade Emperor Concept, renovation of towers for Jia Mansion TCM Family, Juzhai Home, Ju Family Yard, renovation of Zhao Shuli’s Abode and heritage and development of Gan version yangko, an intangible cultural project. Its scale is 4470 square meters.
(Two) Budget: 300 million for total investment. Scheduled investment of 200 million Yuan.
(Three) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: upon completion, the project can yield an annual income of 20 million Yuan. It can validly propel tourism, diet and related industries.
