（一）项目内容
项目建设性质为新建。为盘活义井镇“五峪一泉”资源、推动义井镇乡村振兴，该项目拟在城区义井镇的王家峪、牛家峪、神峪、西峪、西峪掌以及大阳泉进行文化旅游开发。项目定位为生态休闲旅游，打造城市后花园，成为市民休闲、健身的理想之地，同时带动特色农业、农家乐、养老等产业的发展。目前，正在积极推进中。

该项目总投资10亿元，拟引资10亿元。

III. Project profile
(One) Content
It is a newly-built project. To vitalize ‘Wu Yu Yi Quan’ resources in Yijing town, and promote its rural revival, this project plans to conduct cultural tourism development in Wangjiayu, Niujiayu, Shenyu, Xiyu, Xiyuzhang and Dayangquang in Yijing town of the downtown area. It is positioned as ecological leisure travel. It is being built into a city backyard. It plans to become an ideal place for leisure and body-building. It would, at the same time, propel development of featured agriculture, agritainment and pension. It is being implemented.

It will draw an aggregate input of 1 billion Yuan. It plans to introduce investment of 1 billion Yuan.

Water, power, heat and gas.
