1.大同农业嘉年华项目一期占地350亩，主要建设内容包括新建连栋玻璃温室约66442.2㎡左右

（2）主要用于建设农业嘉年华主题场馆、育苗温室、游客中心、生态餐饮、农产品展销等，满足市民科普教育、科技示范、休闲体验、餐饮购物的需要；
（二）项目投资估算：项目区总投资预计约29011.5万元，企业自筹

道路、广场、绿化、停车场等相关配套的建设，以及部分建筑改造提升。

Building of relevant supporting utilities such as roads, squares, forestation and parking lot and upgrade of some buildings.
(Four) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis
During the operational period, it would have an annual sales incomes (including years with annual output yet to be attained) tallying 75.353 million Yuan including 76.5 million Yuan of annual sales revenues in years when annual output is attained and the annual average net margin at 26.206 million Yuan.
