四、项目概况
（一）项目内容
1.项目建设位于长治县八义镇东山村圣泉寺旁，长治八义窑红绿彩陶瓷，是低温釉上彩，其烧制方法为：在瓷器坯胎上，施一层白色的化妆土，再施透明釉后，入窑烧制白釉瓷器。白瓷成品后，瓷绘艺人用毛笔蘸上红绿黄彩在釉面上描绘纹饰，然后二次入窑，用800度左右的低温进行烘烤，使彩料与瓷釉慢慢烧结，在白釉上呈现鲜艳的红绿彩。
2.项目建设内容及规模：项目总占地60余亩，总建筑面积15000平方米，总投资8000万元，分两期进行。主要建设内容：八义瓷窑文化博物馆、八义瓷窑主题公园、传统瓷窑作坊和现代瓷器生产区、绿化工程及附属配套设施等。
（二）项目投资估算：总投资16000万元，拟引资8000万元
（三）项目配套条件：水、电已配套，环保、工商注册等法律文件完整齐备。
（四）项目市场预测及效益分析:建成营运后，将直接拉动区域内旅游消费的发展，带动就业，增加就业机会，促进新农村建设的发展。
IV. Project profile
(One) Content
1. The project is located in the place by Shengquan Temple, Dongshan Village, Bayi town, Changzhou county/ Changzhi Ba Yi Kiln Red and Green Colorful Ceramics get its overglaze color in low temperature. Its baking method is to apply a layer of white engobe on the metal body. After applying the clear glaze, it is put to the kiln for burning of white glaze porcelain. After the white porcelain is molded, painters would deploy brush with red, green and yellow colors to draw them on the glaze surface before putting it to the kiln for the second time. It is burned in the low temperature of around 800 degrees so that color and porcelain glaze can be slowly sintered. Colorful red and green can be demonstrated in the white glaze.
2. Content and scale: the project covers a total area of over 60 mu. Its total floorage is 15000 square meters. It draws a total input of 80 million Yuan. It is carried out in two phases. Its main building contents cover Ba Yi Kiln Culture Museum, Bayi Kiln Theme Park, Traditional kiln workshop, modern porcelain production area, green project and supporting utilities.
(Two) Budget: total investment: 160 million Yuan. Scheduled investment: 80 million Yuan
(Three) Supporting conditions: water and power is available. Legal papers on environmental protection and business registration have been completed.
(Four) Marketing forecast and efficiency analysis: after it is put into commissioning, it would directly drive forth development of tourism consumption in the region, propel employment, add to opportunities of employment and spur new rural development.
