三、申报单位简况：山西省盂县梁家寨温泉国际旅游景区开发公司成立于2011年，位于山西省阳泉市盂县梁家寨乡大崔家庄村，是一家专业从事旅游开发的企业。
III. Profile of applicant unit It was founded in 2011 and is located in Dacuijia village, Liangjiazhai village, Yu county, Yangquan city, Shanxi. It is a company specialized at tourism development.
四、项目概况
（一）项目内容：
1、山西盂县梁家寨生态旅游区项目位于山西省阳泉市盂县梁家寨乡——滹沱河畔，地处河北、山西两省交界处。整个旅游景区规划由九大子项目构成。
2、项目为新建项目。建设用地约1073.25亩，总建筑面积约为271393.91m2，主要建设内容包括龙台山景区建设项目、新型城镇化示范区建设项目、旅游集散中心建设项目、大汖古村文化旅游区建设项目、颐养苑建设项目、生态体育公园建设项目、生态农业观光园建设项目、基础设施建设项目、龙华河景区建设项目等。
（二）项目投资估算：该项目总投资约27.241亿元，拟引资24亿元；
（三）项目配套条件优良。
（四）项目经济效益和社会效益评价：项目建成后可带动地方旅游业及其它服务业发展，给我县财政增加税收，增加人员就业，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
IV. Project profile
(One) Content
1. It is located in Liangjiazhai village, Yu county, Yangquan city, Shanxi Province by the side of Hutuo River. It is at the intersection of Hebei and Shanxi. The tourism landscape planning consists of nine sub-items.
2. It is a newly-built project. Its floor age is around 1073.25 mu and its total floor age is 271393.91 square meters. Its main building content covers Longtai landscape building, model area for new urbanization, tourist distributing center, Dapin ancient village cultural tourism district, Yi Yang Yuan building project, ecological sports park, ecological agricultural tour-seeing park, infrastructure building, Longhua river landscape building project and so on.
(Two) Budget: total investment around 2724.1 million yuan. It plans to draw an input of 2.4 billion Yuan;
(Three) Superior supporting conditions
(Four) Economic profit and social effect: upon completion, the project can drive forth development of local tourism industry and other service industry. It would add to tax to our finance, raise number of employees and show good economic and social benefit.
五、项目进展情况：
（一）政策：符合国家产业政策鼓励类三十一条第五款；
（二）立项：已取得相关部门审批文件；
（三）土地、环保、城建规划等部门初审同意。
